Larry Clark--aka Uncle Smokey--wrote his beautiful bear love song while working in a Manitoba fire tower.

RCA released an album of Clark's campfire ditties as Uncle Smokey Sings for the Summer Fun Crowd. Tunes mostly about bugs, campers, skunks, ticks, skinny-dippers and a stripper.
