is running, with 13 international flicks
free for the viewing, link below.
The 13 were culled from 130 submitted films, with a jury of 13 directors.
Just watch and vote online for your fave, winner announced Sept 1.
So far, I'm voting for The Kings flick, two dogs at a Santiago skate park.
