Imposter!
A New York state lawsuit claims there's
not enough strawberry in a PopTart
to qualify as a Strawberry PopTart.
The filling is mostly pear and apple.
The same lawyers sued Subway for falsely advertising bread in their sandwiches.
Bread is defined as having no more than 2% sugar. Subway's buns have 10% sugar.
As the world goes to hell in a handcar,
it's good to know we're tackling
the most important things first.
