Entertainment insurance up 300-400% in a year?


"All of a sudden COVID strikes, and suddenly there's no one who will write [insurance policies] for the live music venues and festivals...."

A CBC interview that didn't get much attention at the time, surfaces an insurance dilemma facing bars and clubs as they attempt to reopen.

Several prominent live music venues say they might close or move.
