After Going Gray, a News Anchor Found Herself the Focus of the Story
Lisa LaFlamme was dismissed after a decades-long TV career, not long after she stopped dyeing her hair, setting off debates across Canada about sexism, ageism and going gray.

There's an interesting detail in NYT's Saturday feature profile on the ex-CTV news anchor:
"CTV’s owner (Bell Media) did not return several emails and calls requesting comment for this article."
The idea that Bell and CTV dodged the Times' phone calls and internet queries is an amusing one. Is the phone off the hook? Is the line out of service? Is Bell Internet down?
Did they try calling Repair?
Or did the prospect of having their cheesy corporate mis-step resurface in one of the world's premier newspapers give them a fearful palsy?
Chickenshits.
