Stanford's Robert Sapolsky On Depression

The dark times are entering year three.

If depression is more than just a word to you, alert pals, parents, partners to this video.

It's easily the most interesting thing I watched during the holidays.

There is a joy to seeing something so well done.

Sapolsky is a biologist, professor and researcher at Stanford University. Add amazing communicator.

As you can see in the comments, many clinically depressed people watch this hour and understand for the first time what they have.

The six Sapolsky lectures Stanford has put on YouTube, have between four and 12 million views each.

He's also author of Behave, Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers and A Primate's Memoir, Life Among Baboons etc.

I had two great teachers. If you had any, you'll appreciate what he is doing here ...
